so you guys know that i'm definately nail art challenged, i can barely french tip my own nails. i was ecstatic to meet Melissa Osburn who has a blog on nail art! She's creative and talented! I met her at an event at the Beauty Bar in Las Vegas. During Wednesday Ladies night she was offering free nail art and polish for free!
