Just a quick little post for you today, since I have much bigger things in the works, but have been way too busy to finish them...and may not be able to for a little while.
So, I saw a funny thing today in my travels driving around Scottsdale, AZ...
As I was entering the highway, a nice little blue BMW coupe raced by, and I just happened to glance at the license plate. What caught my eye at first was the personalized American flag plate, as opposed to the standard Arizona plate with the saguaro cactus, "Grand Canyon State", etc.

Stamped on this custom plate was VIPER 13
I thought that was interesting, but probably just somebody who likes the cool sounding Air Force type callsign, or even a former USAF pilot?
And then I noticed the little frame that holds the license plate on the car. This is what it said:
32nd Degree
Master Mason

I'm sorry that it's hard to make out the details, being that my cell phone doesn't have the greatest camera, but it's the best I could manage at the moment. Maybe some of you out there can do some enhancement with Photoshop to bring out the details?? That would be cool if you can.
Oh, and did I mention that this older gentleman drove like a maniac, violating at least 50 traffic laws in the 10 minutes or so I drove along nearby - massive speeding, weaving through traffic without signaling, cutting off other vehicles, etc. ??
If I had arrest powers, he and I would've had a nice little chat and he'd be spending a few days in our lovely "tent city" jail (in the 100+ degree heat) for criminal speed, reckless driving...and probably DUI. Or would he?
Maybe I should be careful, since a Mason of that high degree is most probably a Federal judge, corporate billionaire or perhaps even a US Senator. I might be the one to end up in prison, or worse, for daring to mess with a Mason, huh??
Although I might not be able to resist having *someone* run the plate just to see just who this maniac is - you know, just for fun. :)
Anyway, I found this very interesting and amusing, to say the least. I hope you did, too.
It may get even more amusing, so stay tuned...
